This is a great video review of the app Zombies, Run! by a guy named Eric. He’s gives a very in depth review of the app for the android but there are also versions for the iPhone and iPod Touch. While good GPS abilities are needed for this app to work, I think it’s totally worth it. It allows the user to play a fun zombie game while encouraging them to work out. Yes, you could use this app while in a car and beat the game that way but where would the fun be in that?! You can also export your runs to RunKeeper, my favorite thing from last week. Last but not least, I promise all my favorite things will not be in the health and fitness category nor will they all be smart phone apps. TTFN!
